A great dip or to spread on tortilla chips. I meant to take pictures of this while I was making it and forgot totally. This is the best recipe for Chili-Con-Queso.

Velveeta Mexican Cheese 1 lb
1 package Pepper Jack Cheese
1 can Campbell's celery soup
1 can of milk (soup can)
Heat in microwave until melted. Mmmmmmm good!

Thanks for sharing this recipe Bonnie. I am writing it down now.
We love this dip in our household.

I just got the delicious looking Apple Dumpling recipe made with sweet mountain dew sauce at The Pioneer Woman cooks blog.

It is raining here finally! Happy Fourth of July!

Haven't seen this recipe before - celery soup? I have company coming for the 4th so maybe I'll try it out on them! Blessings, marlene

Oh yummy. Most of the ones I've seen have meat in them and I don't eat meat. I'll give this one a try for sure. Thanks.

Wow! This sounds great! I am always looking for new dip recipes.
We love the con quesos. This one sounds like it might be closer to the one they serve in the restaurants.
