You know what this means!!! GIVEAWAY when I come back.

GIVEAWAY WHEN I COME BACK!!!

LEAVE COMMENT ON THIS POST AND I'LL LET THE RANDOM ORG. PICK THE WINNER WHEN I GET BACK.

X

I'm off to Winnie Trade Days and then to the lake for a week, (with 3 grand babies, ages 6, 4 and 2). Please send all the energy you can spare to me and my husband.
X

Then when I return there will be a surprise giveaway. I'm bringing it with me to the lake to work on so it might just end up being the fabric as the giveaway or maybe I'll get some sewing in at night like I did when my kids were young. But being older I might end up going to bed early too. So I have to say this giveaway is a Surprise. International friends welcome.

Just leave a comment to this question.

What is your favorite fabric color?

As I sit here with 3 grandbabies (ages 5, 3 and 1 1/2) I absolutely know what you will be going through! Enjoy! I'm sure they will have such happy memories of being with you at the lake.

Hi,
I have no grandbabies but I use to babysit my friends boys. It is a lot of fun but it wears you out and you need a good rest when they leave.
I love all bright colors on my fabric. Specially lime green and chocking pink.

Enjoy your days with your grandchildren. Maybe they take a lot of your energy, but I am sure you get a lot of love back!
I am not sure what my favorite color is right now, it used to be brown and beige colors. But now blue has become a favorite.

Have a grand time! I find stitching in any form to be relaxing (unless I'm putting a zipper into something--LOL!), so hopefully it will keep you calm at the lake between running after the kids. ; ) I love lots of pinks and greens.

Hope you have a wonderful time, it's nice to come home after some time out. May you indeed have all the strength you need for each day's tasks, a little chocolate helps too. Current fav colour would be red, yellow and aqua (is it ok to have 3?) That's probably because I'm working with them presently.

You have much more energy than me to spend a whole week with the grands! I know it will be enjoyable and you will build new memories of this time. My favorite color, humm I'm an earth tone type of person for the most part, but Teal is fast becoming a favorite of mine. I guess because I rally for the San Jose Sharks (Hockey Team) and their colors are Teal. Everyone in my house bleeds Teal!!! LOL
Have a great time. Raven

I really like red these days. I have 7 grandchildren, and I can say they wear me out when I have them. I usually don't get any sewing done when I have them, or any of them. Mostly because I play with them when they are here. Have a good weekend.

Sounds like a wonderful summer holiday to me! Of course I don't have grandchildren yet, but I so loved those times when my husband's parents came away with us on holiday... what a special relationship!

My favourtie colour of the moment is a burnt orange/red.

Hope no one got sunburned!

Hope you enjoy the time with the grandkids, they are just a bit older than my own children, so I know how hard it is to find time to sew with little ones running around. My current favorite color to sew with is blue, but I love sewing with any color. Thanks for the chance to win!

We take care of my grandniece after school and it is tiring. Babysitting her 6 month old sister is tiring too as she now weighs over 20 pounds. Glad you had a great time at the lake. We are also putting up vegetables, and some fruits. So, know what you mean. My secret word for verification is blessn - which is what little ones are....

I love the colors you used or should I say fabrics. I am sorta open on the colors I love.
As for grandbabies, I have 23 from 2-24 or 25. I also have 2.5 great grandkids. They are very close to my heart. I am trying to get projects finished to take with me on my trip to TN in October. I have Christmas gifts that I have not finished for the past couple of years. I plan to have it all finished for the trip. I keep setting new goals for this October trip.
