Blogger Quilt Festival 2009Mr. Santa Claus is my favorite quilt I have done, but working on my new grand babies quilt and it is going to be up there with him. I hope to finish it soon and will be back with pictures of it.
My story behind Mr. Santa Claus, I had my antique and quilt shop at the time this was made. 9/11 had just taken place and all I did was go to the shop and watch my little TV. I had to get something going, so I made this pattern and started cutting and piecing. It turned out a lot larger than I thought, but he is one of my favorites.
